Restaurant
The menus of Restaurant Schloß - ranked among Estonia’s top 30 - and the light-filled book café Novell are based on fresh local ingredients and contemporary dining trends from around the world. The constantly increasing selection of cocktails and our wine card also provide new and exciting challenges in the world of flavours.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of the manor building. The café on the basement floor can be accessed through a separate entrance on the pond side of the building or via the northern spiral staircase inside the building.
New menu under the guidance of Margo Paluoja
Chosen twice as Estonia’s best head chef and awarded the Falstaff Chef of the Year 2025 title, Margo Paluoja sees cooking as a way to tell stories and offer emotions that linger long after a single meal. He wants to share the flavors that are close to his heart and dear to him with others, so that each plate tells its own story – briefly, clearly, and excitingly. “Food doesn’t need big words, but people who think big about food,” is Margo’s message to guests at the Schloß restaurant and Novell book café.
